Macraméina is a collection of handmade macrame slippers, as a part of Palma's summer footwear collection 2023. Designed to add a vibrant touch to your wardrobe, perfect for a day at the beach or running errands around town.

As a footwear production manager at Palma, I was deeply involved in the whole process from design to production. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks crucial to the successful realization of a collection.

Firstly, I'm involved in the ideation stage for conceptualizing the collection, ensuring that the vision and objectives are aligned. 

Once the designs are finalized, my focus shifts to hunting suitable factories and suppliers that can meet out quality standards and productions requirements, Working closely with these partners, I oversee the creation of prototypes, ensuring that they accurately represent the intended designs. 

Gathering user feedback on these prototypes is essential for refinement, and I coordinate to ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Finally, I take charge of overseeing the production process until the final products reach the retail stage ensuring that they meet the expected standards and are ready for the market.
